Who We Are
Dynamic Simulation is a travel clinical simulation program dedicated to elevating the standard of care provided to critically ill and high-acuity patients across Ontario.
We are committed to bringing simulation and hands-on training to all communities, ensuring healthcare professionals, regardless of their location, have access to quality education. Through immersive experiences, we empower these professionals to excel in real-world scenarios, improve team dynamics, and assist hospitals in identifying areas for improvement within their facilities.

No Need to Travel
Improve Your Department

We offer Physician-Only, Interprofessional, and Nurse-Focused SIM Sessions. We supply all required simulation equipment, so sessions can be held anywhere in your hospital. Both programs provide an opportunity to improve team dynamics, as well as department infrastructure, materials and processes.
Stay Up-To-Date

Simulation cases are written based on a thorough literature review, and peer-reviewed by experts in the field. High-quality pre-readings are provided before every event, and each SIM session is followed by a guided debrief led by an experienced instructor.
Practice
Life-Saving Skills

All simulation sessions implement hands-on procedure practice for physicians such as such as intubation, central line placement, chest tube insertion, and more. In addition, many cases provide an opportunity to practice uncommon, yet critical procedures such as Blakemore tube insertion, awake intubation, and cricothyrotomy.

Dynamic Simulation also offers dedicated procedural skills workshops which cover routine and advanced skills for physicians. We also offer "SIM +", an innovate combination of Simulation plus additional content such as ventilation management.
Learn in Your Own Environment
We know that hands on-learning can be difficult to access in rural and some urban communities across Ontario. Often, healthcare providers need to travel to larger academic centres for this experience.
Dynamic Simulation travels to your site, offering physicians Mainpro+ certified critical-care simulation events, as well as clinical skill workshops in your own environment

"Dynamic Simulation provided a great learning environment which allows you to work through high acuity ER cases in real time. The live feedback to decision making, procedural skills practice and case review discussions were a great way to help consolidate a streamlined approach to challenging ER presentations. I would definitely recommend the course and look forward to doing more Sim based learning.”
