A high-intensity, hands-on course designed for clinicians in the ED and ICU who want to feel more confident managing ventilated patients.
Whether you’re practicing in a community hospital, a tertiary centre, or a resource-limited setting, this course will prepare you to initiate, escalate, and troubleshoot critical ventilation — even when RT support isn’t immediately available.

1+ hours of pre-course videos on ventilator setup, modes, troubleshooting, and case scenarios
Access to the SIM+ Critical Ventilation Manual (ideal for on-shift reference)
Practical training in ventilator setup, escalation, and alarm management
BiPAP and HFNC setup and troubleshooting
Real-time coaching from an expert RT educator
Focused debriefs that reinforce key concepts and decision-making under pressure
Maximum hands-on time with the ventilator and supporting equipment

We understand that schedules change. To ensure fairness while respecting the preparation and resources required to deliver our programs, the following policy applies to all individual course registrations:
30+ days before the course: Full refund.
15–29 days before the course: 50% refund.
Within 14 days of the course: No refund.
Transfer option: Registrations may be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost up until the day prior to the course.
If Dynamic Simulation must cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather, emergencies), a full refund will be issued or you may choose to transfer your registration to a future course date.
Refunds may be subject to a small administrative processing fee (up to $100).
