SIM+ Critical Ventilation - Toronto - January 18
A high-intensity, hands-on course designed for clinicians in the ED and ICU who want to feel more confident managing ventilated patients.
Whether you’re practicing in a community hospital, a tertiary centre, or a resource-limited setting, this course will prepare you to initiate, escalate, and troubleshoot critical ventilation — even when RT support isn’t immediately available.
core sim - uxbridge hospital
An immersive, full-day (8 hour) team-based simulation experience designed to sharpen clinicians’ ability to lead with confidence during real-time emergencies. Through high-acuity, evidence-based critical care cases paired with structured debriefs, participants refine not only clinical decision-making but also leadership, communication, and role clarity under pressure.

A hands-on, high-intensity course designed for Physicians, Nurses, PAs, NPs, and Residents working in rural, regional, and under-resourced settings.
Whether you’re solo in the ED or managing a sick patient in a short-staffed ICU, this session gives you the knowledge and confidence to understand, initiate, and troubleshoot critical ventilation—even without an RT at the bedside.

An interprofessional emergency department session focused on the diagnosis, and management of paediatric sepsis and septic shock. Open to CKHA staff ONLY.
