core sim - uxbridge hospital
An immersive, full-day (8 hour) team-based simulation experience designed to sharpen clinicians’ ability to lead with confidence during real-time emergencies. Through high-acuity, evidence-based critical care cases paired with structured debriefs, participants refine not only clinical decision-making but also leadership, communication, and role clarity under pressure.
