Duration: Full-day (8–9 hours)

Location: Delivered in your hospital with interprofessional participation

Capacity: Up to 24 participants per day

Format: Up to 7 in-situ scenarios tailored to nursing roles and responsibilities

Facilitators: A fully interprofessional team consisting of an MD, RT, and RN.

Cost: Starting at $8,000 + HST

In high-acuity emergencies, nurses are often the first to recognize deterioration, activate resources, and coordinate the initial response. Yet traditional training rarely puts nurses at the center of decision-making and leadership practice.
Our Nurse-Focused Simulation Sessions change that—creating a safe, structured environment where nurses can lead resuscitations, sharpen critical thinking, and strengthen collaboration with physicians and RTs. By building confidence in both clinical skills and leadership under pressure, these sessions prepare nurses to respond decisively when every second counts.
